Who is responsible

Your data is processed by ENGRAVE (SASU, SIREN 911 455 160), publisher of Les petites cases, 14 rue Bausset, 75015 Paris, France. Questions about your data: coucou@lespetitescases.fr.

What we collect

We only collect the data needed to process your order:

• the content of your poster or book (names, title, adventures) — to print it;
• your email address, shipping address and phone number — collected by Stripe at checkout, to deliver your order and keep you informed;
• payment details — processed exclusively by Stripe, never by us.

Why we use it

To produce and ship your order, send transactional emails (confirmation, shipping) and keep our accounting records. We do not send marketing emails without your consent, and we do not sell your personal information.

Saving your poster (optional)

In the configurator you can ask to receive a link by email to pick up your poster later, together with a welcome code. We then store your email address, the content of your poster and the time of your request. One email is sent — the one you asked for — and no follow-up. If you tick the newsletter box, your address is also added to our newsletter; you can unsubscribe at any time by writing to coucou@lespetitescases.fr. That box is never pre-ticked.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for 10 years for accounting purposes; the content of your poster for 2 years after the order (reprints). A saved poster without an order, and the associated email address, are deleted after 6 months.

Who receives it

Stripe (payment and fraud prevention), Gelato (printing and shipping — receives your name, address and the print file), our email provider (transactional emails), and our hosting provider. Our servers are located in the European Union; your data is transferred there to process your order.

Cookies and analytics

We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool without cookies. Advertising cookies (Meta pixel, affiliate tracking) are only set with your consent, which you can change by clicking here.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to know how it is used, by writing to coucou@lespetitescases.fr. We answer within 45 days. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
