1. Who we are

These terms govern the sale of personalized “Les petites cases” posters, photo books and mugs through lespetitescases.com, operated by ENGRAVE, a French simplified joint-stock company (SASU) registered in Paris under number 911 455 160, 14 rue Bausset, 75015 Paris, France (“we”, “us”). Contact: coucou@lespetitescases.fr.

2. Products and prices

The poster is made to your specifications (names, title, color palette, list of adventures and icons composed in the configurator), in two sizes: 8.3 × 11.7 in (A4) for $29 and 11.7 × 16.5 in (A3) for $39. Prices are shown in US dollars, exclusive of sales tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping within the United States is included.

3. Ordering and payment

Payment is made online by card through Stripe. Your order is final once payment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation email with your order reference.

4. Personalized items and cancellations

Posters and photo books are personalized and produced on demand for you. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or with a printing defect. If you notice a typo right after ordering, reply to your confirmation email: as long as your item has not been printed, we fix it free of charge.

5. Shipping

Items are printed within 2 to 3 business days, then shipped with tracking to the address given at checkout. Total indicative time: 5 to 10 business days. If your order is delayed by more than 7 business days beyond the announced time, you may cancel it for a full refund.

6. Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or with a printing or manufacturing defect, we reprint and reship it at no cost, or refund you. Write to us with your order reference and a photo of the issue.

7. Mugs

Mugs are not personalized. You may return an unused mug within 14 days of delivery for a refund; return shipping costs are your responsibility.

8. Personalized content

You are solely responsible for the text you put on your poster or book. We may refuse (and fully refund) any order whose content is unlawful, defamatory or offensive.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your state of residence.
