What if I make a typo?
Every poster is proofread by a human before it goes to print. If we spot a likely typo, we write to you before printing. And if you notice it right after ordering, simply reply to the confirmation email: as long as the poster is not printed, we fix it.
Can I return the poster?
Because the poster is personalized with your names, it cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if it arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we reprint it and ship it again, no questions asked.
